ANNA MOLINA, PRINCIPAL is an acclaimed interior designer who for the past 20 years has worked in the architecture industry designing and creating environments for residential, hospitality and corporate clients.
Her eclectic style is driven by the philosophy that each space tells a story.
"Spaces are alive, they grow overtime, they are constructed from our experiences, likes, habits, and personal styles, they simply become the fabric of our lives."
Growing up in Europe and the United States, she graduated from Berkeley College and has been based in New York City and San Francisco.
Anna brings an international perspective and understanding of today's world
to her work. She creates simple, functional, and unique spaces. Her love for the arts can been seen not only in the spaces she designs but also on canvas as a working professional artist.
JULIA PELLEGRINI, PRINCIPAL is an accomplished architect and interior designer who brings a distinct vision and attention to detail to each of her projects. For Julia, design is a way of life and her passion is creating spaces where memories are made. "The stories of our lives unfold in the spaces we inhabit -- homes, cafes and hotels are the backdrop to so many of life's greatest moments."
Her love for modern design combined with her classical training lend themselves to a signature timeless style. Julia contributes thoughtful, fresh ideas that work. "A design is complete when nothing can be taken away or added."
Julia received a BArch degree from the University of Notre Dame and is a registered architect in California. She is a LEED AP and holds a NCARB certificate.
